With a great line-up you'll also find a wide variety of food and drinks, lots of different stalls, day time entertainment, rides, bouncy castle, face painting etc. Also a kids club will be onsite (Qualified and CRB checked staff).

During the day there is a spectacular Custom Bike & Trike show, where prizes & tropies can be won in several categories.

This is a festival not to be missed!

1. No refunds other than on cancellation or substantial alteration of the event.
2. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
3. No unaccompanied under 16's are allowed on site. Under 16's must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult who is responsible for them.
4. All children of 12 years and under are admitted free but MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult who is responsible for them.
5. Readmission is possible only with the consent of the Organisers. Tickets are non-transferable.
6. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Organisers reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
7. The Rock & Bike Festival and it's Organisers are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at this event - including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
8. Rock & Bike Festival will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
9. Tickets are only valid when purchased from the website www.rockandbikefest.co.uk, official tickets outlets, postal cheques or directly from the Organisers.
Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
10. Strictly no trading allowed within the arena or campsites without the Organisers consent.
11. As a condition of sale ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience.
12. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of the Organisers.
13. CCTV and film crews will be present on-site. As a condition of sale ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience.

1. Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are security printed - any attempt to pass on any other ticket will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.
2. Entry will only be permitted on production of valid festival tickets.
3. Please use the litter bins provided and do not burn litter or unwanted belongings.
4. Parking available. No cars or vans are allowed in the arena.
All parking will be at your own risk.
5. No unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed on site.
6. Sorry, NO back patch clubs due to council and police conditions.
7. The following items may not be brought onto the festival site: any Glass Bottles, Illegal Substances, Portable Laser Equipment and Pens, Unauthorised Professional Film or Video Equipment, Audio Recorders, Air Horns, Spray Cans, Fireworks and Flares.
All Items will be confiscated.
8. Food for personal consumption only may be allowed onto the festival site. No food/drink are allowed to be carried into the arena. There are food/drink stalls on site.
9. You may be body searched at the entrance. Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated.
10. Persons suspected of carrying items which may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities on the site may be searched.
11. No animals other than guide dogs are permitted on site.
12. Fires and the burning of plastics are NOT permitted on the site.
13. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
14. Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
15. Rock & Bike Festival reserve the right to amend and/or change these Terms and Conditions without notice.
